Beautifully decorated with a personalized dedication, it will be the most original and delicious Valentine's cake!
It has a ricotta cheese cream, bitter chocolate and chocolate chips filling.
The outer side part is formed by rectangles of marzipan and sponge cake. It's covered with icing and decorated with candied fruit.
Our cassata is made with 100% sheep’s milk ricotta cheese from sheep farms in Santo Stefano di Quisquina.
